Petit fours comprised palmiers à la badiane, nougats aux betteraves, petite tartes aux pommes and macarons of beetroot, coffee-parsnip and apple.

Had an excellent meal there at L'Arpège in September 2013. Highlights were really high even for this level of dining, so much so that the less impressive dishes (did not like les ravioles, the arlequin de legumes too) . Wrote a review on my blog for those looking for fresh updates.
